Journalistic Research via Internet: Lessons from Day Two of MISA-TAN and VIKES Training

Hi, the World.

The second day of the MISA TAN and VIKES' Training on Investigative Internet Journalism, started for participants writing the review of Day one in their blogs. Under that assignment, earlier today I posted to my blogs the review tittled "Investigative Journalism with Internet".

After that, Mr Perk Johanson, brough us into a practical journalistic research via the internet world. Then we attempted about ten exercises measuring our understanding on the use of internet tools and theories of search engines.

Here we surveyed several options of searching facts from internet in a simple way, especially on how to employ different search options from the google, as Maps, News, Images, Translate, Satellite etc.

The major lesson rose from this topic was that, "first give yourself time to think on how you are going to search before rushing to the website. Failure to do so will end up finding yourself consuming more time, than you had to".

Again, the same exercise gave us the foundation of attempting special questions, throughwhich we had to undergo investigative journalism by internet, then writing and publishing the researched stories on the blogs. And from this I managed researching and publishing the articles titled "LEILA LOPES: Why She became famous woman of the World?

The training will continue and end up tomorrow evening
